The facility will accommodate 750 desks across 3 floors and serve exclusively The Client's employees and authorized visitors. Service Requirements: - Year-round availability: 365 days per year, 24/7 operation - Dual service model: manned catering service and unmanned vending/self-service options - Manned catering hours: breakfast, lunch, and snack provision during peak times - Supplementary hospitality services: beverages, refreshments, and catering for internal meetings, events, inductions, and board meetings - Extended coverage: unmanned services must accommodate employees working outside standard catering hours Bidders should have experience managing large-scale catering operations, meeting diverse dietary requirements, and providing professional hospitality services for corporate events.
