Solar Power Systems Supplier Wanted for Ukraine Resilience Program

The Partnership Fund for a Resilient Ukraine Phase 2 (PFRU-2), a multi-year, multi-donor programme managed by the UK's Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, is seeking qualified organizations to supply Solar Power Systems. Interested suppliers should submit proposals by October 15, 2026, at 15:00 Kyiv time to pfruprocurement@chemonics.com with tender number PFRU2-2025-779.6 in the subject line. Proposals must include completed Terms of Reference, signed Annex 1 (in English or Ukrainian), and country registration documents. Questions must be submitted by October 9, 2026, at 18:00 Kyiv time. All communication must be in writing via email. Prices should exclude VAT as PFRU-2 is exempt from taxes and fees in the partner country.
