24/7 Cloud Network Managed Service Partner

Transport for London (TfL) is seeking a managed service provider to deliver round-the-clock operational support for its cloud network infrastructure across multiple public cloud environments. The partner will manage cloud connectivity, virtual networking, cloud gateways, firewalls, security appliances, and interconnectivity solutions such as ExpressRoute and Direct Connect. Key responsibilities include: proactive monitoring and alerting, comprehensive logging and reporting, firewall and security policy management, change and configuration management, capacity planning, backup and disaster recovery, vulnerability remediation, and risk management. The provider must integrate seamlessly with TfL's existing operational tools and demonstrate expertise in cloud networking, compliance with industry security standards, and the ability to support highly available, business-critical systems. TfL is conducting market engagement to identify suppliers who can deliver innovative service approaches, scalable commercial models, and solutions that ensure ongoing security, resilience, governance and optimization of the cloud network estate.
