Project Management Services for New Domestic Violence Refuge in Mallow, Cork

This opportunity seeks an experienced Project Management Consultancy to oversee the delivery of a new domestic violence refuge in Mallow, County Cork. The facility will comprise 12 individual residential units with associated ancillary support accommodation. The successful consultant will work on behalf of the client to manage and coordinate the appointed Design Team throughout the project delivery. The Design Team will be procured separately. The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring the project is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This is a professional services role requiring expertise in project oversight, stakeholder coordination, and construction management.
