Senior Leadership Development Services

Ordnance Survey Ltd (OS), the United Kingdom's National Geospatial Authority, is seeking an experienced leadership development provider to deliver facilitated training and development services for its Senior Leadership Team (SLT). This is a three-year contract with potential two-year extension (3+1+1), starting December 2026, with an estimated value of £500k. The supplier will provide end-to-end leadership development services covering diagnostic assessment, co-designed interventions, facilitated learning delivery, impact evaluation, and embedding support. The programme will serve up to 55 senior leaders, including the Executive Leadership Team and CEO, focusing on strategy execution, decision-making, accountability, and collective leadership. Delivery will use a blended approach including full cohort sessions, smaller group workshops, executive coaching, and peer learning activities aligned to OS's established leadership framework and organisational principles. The successful provider must demonstrate proven experience delivering leadership development programmes in complex organisations, with measurable evidence of achieving behavioural and organisational outcomes. OS seeks best value for money solutions balancing quality, impact, and cost. Actual contract spend is flexible and demand-led, determined by organisational requirements during the contract term.
