    Brief

The National Council for Special Education (NCSE) in Ireland is seeking an external evaluator to assess the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) support model pilot programme. The evaluation will determine whether the pilot is achieving its intended goals and will involve: (1) documenting and analyzing the delivery processes of the UDL support model to identify best practices and improvement areas; (2) measuring the impact of the UDL model across multiple levels including individual students, teachers, classrooms, and entire schools. This is a research and development opportunity requiring expertise in program evaluation, educational assessment, and inclusive learning methodologies. The successful supplier will work with the NCSE to gather data, conduct analysis, and provide actionable findings to inform future rollout decisions.
