Bangor Area Affordable Housing Development Opportunity - Land, Design and Build

Maple and May are seeking Developer(s) to deliver affordable housing projects in the Bangor area through a competitive Land, Design and Build process. Successful developers will be responsible for providing land and designing and constructing residential properties that meet the Department for Communities (DfC) Homes for Intermediate Rent Design Standards, all statutory requirements (including Planning Permission and Building Control approval), and Maple and May's specific design standards outlined in the Sale and Development Agreement. This is an open competition where multiple developers may be selected, with each developer able to deliver up to 20 units per project. The total number of units across all awarded contracts may exceed 20 units depending on the quality and volume of submissions received. All developments will be subject to DfC funding availability and support. Developers should be prepared to meet high design and construction standards while working within the DfC Affordable Rent Programme framework.
