Gas Supply Services for Multiple Sites

This is a gas supply tender for provision of gas to multiple sites with metering and billing services. Suppliers can bid on one or both of two pricing structures: Lot 1 offers supplier fixed fees with flexible commodity trading and pass-through non-commodity costs plus VAT, while Lot 2 offers a fully fixed rate combining pence per kWh charges, daily standing charges, Climate Change Levy and VAT. The supplier must utilise Automated Meter Reading (AMR) or manual meter reads for accurate billing and work with third parties to improve AMR coverage. Monthly consolidated billing will be provided with individual site copies, tailored to each entity's payment requirements. The supplier must establish mutually agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with the Contracting Authority. Each lot will be evaluated separately and independently; tenderers need only respond to one lot if preferred, and performance in one lot will not affect decisions on the other.
