Pre-Employment and Employee Screening Services

Dorset & Wiltshire Fire and Rescue Service is seeking external providers to deliver comprehensive pre-employment and employee screening services. These services will support the organization's recruitment and retention processes by conducting background checks, security clearances, health assessments, and other verification procedures on prospective and current employees. Providers should have experience working with public sector organizations, emergency services, or similar security-sensitive roles. The successful provider(s) will need to demonstrate expertise in conducting thorough, compliant screening while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to all relevant employment law and data protection regulations.
