Septic Tank and Treatment Plant Emptying and Inspection Services

East Riding of Yorkshire Council seeks a service provider to empty, inspect, and maintain septic tanks, treatment plants, cesspools, wells, and pumping stations across the county. The contract covers approximately 80 council-owned systems at operational sites, domestic properties, and occasional privately owned locations. Services include scheduled emptying and inspections, minor maintenance work to ensure safe access, emergency blockage removal, reactive emptying, and out-of-hours call-out availability. Multiple emptying cycles per year may be required for some sites. This is a term service contract with ongoing maintenance responsibilities.
