BT Inbound Phone Services Contract Renewal

This is a 12-month contract renewal for BT Inbound telephone services, which provides non-geographic phone numbers (0800, 0345, etc.) to support customer communications. The service is primarily used by the Contact Centre Team (CCT), with additional use by the IT Service Desk and after-sales support teams. The non-geographic numbers enable customers to reach the organization via free or local-rate calls. Key benefits include flexible number management and disaster recovery capabilities, allowing rapid rerouting of numbers to different endpoints as needed. A Supplier Questionnaire (SQW) has been completed. Alternative providers were contacted but did not respond. Note: BT has advised that Framework procurement is not available for this contract as the current favorable pricing is conditional on the organization's charity status.
