Creative Agencies Framework Agreement

Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) is seeking to establish a framework agreement with approximately three external creative agencies and freelance designers to support its internal design studio during peak periods. Agencies will work within LJMU's established brand guidelines to deliver a range of design services, including: creating design solutions for printed marketing materials (leaflets, brochures, display stands); producing graphics for digital advertising campaigns and resizing existing artwork; revising and updating existing marketing materials; and developing new graphics for specific campaigns and projects. This is a below-threshold procurement exercise. Interested creative agencies should demonstrate experience in delivering high-quality design work across both print and digital formats while maintaining brand consistency.
