New Forest Deer Management Group Coordinator (South)

The Southern New Forest Deer Management Group (DMG South) is seeking a Coordinator to establish and lead the group's development. You will work with stakeholders including landowners, conservation organizations, and local authorities to create a shared vision, define the group's purpose, establish formal membership procedures, and implement effective governance structures. The role focuses on building the relationships, organizational frameworks, and evidence base needed for the group to operate independently and sustainably contribute to implementing the New Forest Deer Protected Site Strategy over the long term. This is a foundational role that will shape how deer management is coordinated across the southern New Forest region.
