Supplier Appointment for Sheepfolds Mobility Hub Operations and Management

Sunderland City Council is seeking a qualified supplier to operate and manage a Mobility Hub at the Sheepfolds development through a competitive procurement process. The supplier will be responsible for car parking operations, electric vehicle (EV) charging infrastructure, secure cycle parking, facility management, and management of ad-hoc mobility services such as car clubs and parcel lockers. The successful supplier must develop and deliver a comprehensive operations and management strategy that maximizes public benefit, supports the Sheepfolds development objectives, and maintains high operational and service standards throughout the asset's lifecycle. This is a pre-market engagement phase intended for information gathering; all information provided by the Authority and supplier responses are non-binding and indicative only. The Council reserves the right to amend or withdraw any information or adjust the timetable prior to launching the formal tender process.
