Brief

University College Cork (UCC) seeks quantity surveying services with carbon coordination expertise to support the design and delivery of a major sports facilities upgrade across three locations. The successful supplier will work as part of an integrated design team to develop a comprehensive masterplan and deliver full quantity surveying services (RIBA stages 2-5) for Phase 1 of development. Phase 1 includes: Mardyke Sports Grounds (synthetic hockey pitch conversion, new 300m² changing rooms, 90m² boat storage, LED floodlight upgrades); proposed UCC Sports Park (2 synthetic soccer pitches, 1 synthetic GAA pitch, 2 water-based synthetic hockey pitches, all with floodlighting and fencing, 180m² storage facilities, 400m² modular changing rooms, site infrastructure); and Curraheen Sports Grounds (LED floodlight installation and upgrades to three pitches, 400m² modular changing rooms). The supplier will provide quantity surveying expertise including cost planning, procurement support, and contract administration throughout the project delivery.
