Phase 1 includes: Mardyke Sports Grounds (synthetic hockey pitch conversion, new 300m² changing rooms, 90m² boat storage, LED floodlight upgrades); proposed UCC Sports Park (2 synthetic soccer pitches, 1 synthetic GAA pitch, 2 water-based synthetic hockey pitches, all with floodlighting and fencing, 180m² storage facilities, 400m² modular changing rooms, site infrastructure); and Curraheen Sports Grounds (LED floodlight installation and upgrades to three pitches, 400m² modular changing rooms). The supplier will provide quantity surveying expertise including cost planning, procurement support, and contract administration throughout the project delivery.
