This opportunity seeks a DevOps team to manage the day-to-day operation and maintenance of the NHS Login live service. Key responsibilities include: • Operating the service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year • Managing incidents and issues according to established procedures • Performing routine maintenance and system updates • Ensuring the service meets agreed service level agreements • Maintaining high availability and user accessibility Successful delivery requires strong operational discipline, rapid incident response capabilities, and deep knowledge of healthcare digital security standards.
