    Brief

Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon Borough Council is seeking a qualified individual or organisation to develop, manage and deliver a Forest Schools Programme across the borough. This PEACEPLUS-funded initiative (thematic strand 2: Thriving and Peaceful Communities) builds on the successful PEACE IV Forest Schools model and uses outdoor, nature-based learning to support the holistic development of children, young people and adults. The programme prioritises participants from socially deprived, marginalised or segregated communities, providing opportunities to explore natural environments, learn together, build relationships and participate in positive shared experiences. Suppliers should be experienced in outdoor education delivery, community engagement, and working with diverse populations. The project aligns with the council's Local Action Plan under the Building Positive Relationships theme.
