Drug and Alcohol Services Framework - North Northamptonshire Council

North Northamptonshire Council is procuring a comprehensive framework for drug and alcohol services (UK4 Tender Notice: 2025/S 000-037570) to support individuals across the region. This framework is essential for delivering the Government's national drug strategy and meeting the Council's public health obligations. The services are structured across two lots: Lot 1 - Community Drug & Alcohol Services: Treatment, recovery, and harm reduction services for adults with drug and/or alcohol dependencies. Lot 2 - Young People's Drug & Alcohol Services: Prevention, early intervention, and targeted support for children and young people aged 11-25. The Council will award one contract for an initial 60-month period with the option to extend for two successive 24-month periods (total possible duration: 108 months). The procurement follows an Open Process under the Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. Suppliers should be prepared to deliver integrated interventions across prevention, treatment, recovery, and harm reduction in line with national drug strategy objectives and local public health priorities.
