Mental Health Crisis House Service Provider

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is seeking a qualified provider to deliver a Mental Health Crisis House Service for adults in Cardiff and the Vale of Glamorgan. The service will provide a short-term, recovery-focused residential alternative to hospital admission for individuals experiencing an acute mental health crisis. Key responsibilities include: crisis stabilisation and recovery support; community reintegration assistance; sourcing, maintaining, and managing suitable premises; and ensuring full compliance with safety, accessibility, and service quality requirements. The provider will manage all operational and premises-related costs. This is a 4-year initial contract with an option to extend for 1 additional year. The estimated contract value covers the full potential contract term, including the extension period and all associated premises provision and maintenance costs.
