Energy Management and GHG Emissions Reporting Consultancy for RTÉ Ireland

Raidió Teilifís Éireann (RTÉ), Ireland's national public-service media organisation, is seeking qualified consultancy services to support its environmental and energy management objectives. The successful consultant will provide expert services in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions reporting, energy management, and environmental certification. RTÉ is designated as a Public Body under the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) Monitoring and Reporting framework and must comply with national decarbonisation strategies and EU obligations, including the VSME (Very Small and Medium-sized Enterprise) framework and Ireland's Climate Action Mandate. The appointed consultant will enhance RTÉ's environmental governance, compliance, and reporting processes, ensuring alignment with SEAI, ISO 50001 (energy management), ISO 14001 (environmental management), and VSME standards. The consultant must possess all required technical capabilities at the time of tender submission and maintain full contractual and managerial control of these capabilities throughout the engagement.
