Recruitment Support for Children's Homes Management Positions

The Council is seeking multiple recruitment service providers to support the permanent appointment of management-level staff for Children's Homes and Aycliffe Secure Centre. This is an open agreement framework where qualifying providers can be called upon to deliver specialist recruitment services on an as-needed basis. Providers meeting the required standards in the Selection Questionnaire are eligible for contract awards, though the Council makes no guarantee of work volume or exclusivity. When recruitment services are required, the Council will contact selected providers to confirm their availability and capacity. All services will be delivered at capped payment rates specified in the Pricing Schedule (Section 9 of the Selection Questionnaire).
