Key Responsibilities: - Operational management of emergency accommodation for up to 18 residents (16 dormitory beds plus 2 single-person pods) - 24-hour waking cover and resident check-in/check-out procedures - Welfare monitoring, risk assessment, and safeguarding compliance - Property security and day-to-day service delivery Contract Details: - Start Date: 2 November 2026 - Initial Term: 2 November 2026 to 29 April 2027 - Extension Options: Up to three additional winter periods (November to April each year) - Budget: Maximum £90,000 per winter period; up to £360,000 over full potential term - Procurement Method: Open Procedure under the Procurement Act 2023 Supplier Requirements: Demonstrable experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness, multiple disadvantage, trauma, mental health needs, and substance misuse. Ability to deliver safe, trauma-informed, and person-centred services with capacity to manage complex support requirements.
