EMDR Group Supervision for Children's Mental Health Services

This role provides ongoing EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) group supervision to clinicians working within children's mental health services (CAMHS). The supervisor will ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and ethically sound clinical practice in accordance with EMDR Association UK good practice guidelines. This is a critical role supporting clinicians in maintaining fidelity to the EMDR model when working with traumatised children and adolescents, while promoting high standards of care. Supervisors should have advanced EMDR training and experience, with the ability to guide practitioners in applying trauma-focused interventions safely and effectively within a group setting.
