Work and Health Employment Support Services Framework Agreement

NHS Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit, on behalf of NHS Birmingham and Solihull Integrated Care Board and NHS Black Country Integrated Care Board, is establishing a framework agreement for experienced providers of Work and Health and/or Employment Support Services across the Midlands region. This procurement seeks to support employment and health outcomes for individuals across Birmingham, Solihull, and the Black Country. The framework will operate through mini-competitions for specific service requirements, with initial opportunities expected under the WorkWell programme, and potential for additional work from Integrated Care Boards and Local Authority partners. Providers selected for the framework will deliver tailored Work and Health and/or Employment Support provisions according to individual specifications issued for each mini-competition opportunity, ensuring compliance with applicable funding rules and relevant guidance. The framework is divided into 6 lots: Lot 1 (Solihull and East Birmingham), Lot 2 (North and West Birmingham), Lot 3 (Central and South Birmingham), Lot 4 (Sandwell and Dudley), Lot 5 (Wolverhampton and Walsall), and Lot 6 (Neuro-diverse pathways for Birmingham, Solihull and the Black Country). A provider event will present the procurement process, contract structure, and key requirements to help potential suppliers prepare successful applications.
