    Brief

    The Irish Institute of Music and Song (IIMS) seeks a qualified supplier to provide comprehensive audio-visual and video streaming equipment for The Lark Concert Hall in Balbriggan, County Dublin. The project includes: professional Front of House and surround sound PA systems; stage monitoring systems; DiGiCo mixing consoles; professional microphone systems; an 11-camera 4K PTZ video recording and live streaming system; display screens for all venue rooms; and complete AV infrastructure (equipment racks, cabling, patch panels, and signal processing). The successful supplier will be responsible for supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, and testing of all equipment. The contract requires a single supplier to provide a minimum 24-month warranty with next-business-day on-site technical support. Evaluation will be based on best price-quality ratio, weighted at 45% technical quality and 55% price.
