Demolition and Associated Services Framework Agreement

This is a framework agreement opportunity for qualified contractors to provide demolition and associated services across a diverse property portfolio. The Contracting Authority (CA) owns various building types including residential properties, sheltered housing, bungalows, apartment blocks, community centers, leisure facilities, hospitals, student accommodation, universities, schools, depots, corporate offices, and commercial properties. Work will be procured through further competitions that will specify exact requirements for each project. Most projects are valued up to £250,000, with only occasional projects exceeding this threshold. Contractors must be experienced in demolition services and capable of managing variable workloads. Bidders should note that there is no guaranteed continuity or overall contract value, and they must account for seasonal and volume variations in their pricing. Contractors cannot claim compensation for profit loss or additional costs resulting from changes to project scope or volume.
