Highways Works and Associated Services Framework - Slough

Slough Borough Council is seeking qualified suppliers to provide a comprehensive Highways Works and Associated Services Framework supporting the delivery of minor and major infrastructure projects, alongside reactive maintenance across the borough. The framework covers construction projects of varying values, reactive maintenance, carriageway resurfacing, drainage work, bridge inspections, traffic management, and road marking services. The procurement is structured across multiple Lots, allowing suppliers to bid for specific work areas aligned to their expertise and capacity. The estimated framework value is approximately £12.5 million per annum, with an initial contract term of three years and an option to extend for one additional year at the Council's discretion. This framework provides an efficient, flexible procurement route for the Council and other eligible bodies to deliver highways programmes while ensuring value for money, high-quality service delivery, and regulatory compliance.
