Human Resource Information System (HRIS) Implementation - Request for Proposal

The Private Infrastructure Development Group (PIDG) is seeking qualified software integration consultancy services to provision and implement a new Human Resource Information System (HRIS). PIDG currently operates with fragmented HR data across multiple platforms including an existing HRIS, SharePoint documents, and manually-maintained spreadsheets for compensation and payroll tracking. The organization requires a modern, user-friendly HRIS solution that consolidates all employee data into a single source of truth while integrating seamlessly with their international payroll provider (ADP Activpayroll). Key requirements include support for approximately 320 current employees (50 non-employees) across four global locations (United Kingdom, Singapore, Kenya, and Morocco), with anticipated 10% headcount growth. The system must provide intuitive interfaces for HR staff and employees, enable self-service capabilities for managers and employees, and integrate core HR functions including employee data management, performance tracking, development planning, and compensation administration. Successful proposals should demonstrate expertise in enterprise HRIS implementation, international HR operations, payroll system integration, and change management for mid-sized organizations.
