Electrical Engineering Services Framework Agreement for Nottinghamshire Estate

Arc Property Services Partnership Limited seeks to establish a multi-supplier framework agreement for comprehensive electrical engineering services across its operational estate managed on behalf of Nottinghamshire County Council and other customers. The framework will engage a maximum of 2 qualified contractors to deliver works on an as-required basis, supporting construction, maintenance, and asset management activities across multiple sites in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire, South Yorkshire, and Leicestershire. Services include: electrical distribution and power systems; lighting systems and controls; specialist and renewable systems (solar PV, UPS, fan convectors); high voltage and earthing works; life safety and security systems (fire detection, intruder alarms); communications and ancillary systems; and testing, commissioning, and general electrical works. The framework will operate under the NEC4 Framework Contract with call-off arrangements determined by mini-competition, design competition, accelerated delivery, or objective criteria methods. The initial 2-year term includes extension options of 2 years plus 1 year (2+2+1), providing a maximum 5-year duration. Total framework value is £13,200,000 (including VAT) across all suppliers, with no guarantee of individual work volumes. Successful suppliers must demonstrate collaboration, social value contribution, carbon reduction commitment, and high standards in health and safety, compliance, and service delivery.
