Lamp Post Banner Advertising Concession Opportunity

Brighton & Hove Council is seeking a qualified supplier to operate a lamp column banner advertising scheme on a concession basis. The successful supplier will receive a licence to operate the service and must pay a revenue fee to the Council. The supplier must provide a complete end-to-end advertising solution including sales, design, administration, printing, and installation and changeover services. The scheme will initially operate across 90 lamp posts with an estimated annual value of approximately £200,000. The Council plans to expand the number of banner sites during the contract period, with the value expected to increase to approximately £300,000 per annum. Evaluation will be based on the initial 90 sites. This is a concession-based opportunity, meaning the supplier will generate revenue from advertising sales while paying a licence fee to the Council.
