Communications, Creative and Print Services

whg is seeking to appoint suppliers for Communications, Creative and Print Services through two separate contracts. Suppliers may bid for one or both lots. Lot 1: Strategic Creative and Campaign Services whg requires a strategic communications and creative agency to partner with its in-house Communications team. The agency will deliver insight-led marketing campaigns with measurable outcomes and provide strategic advice on communications objectives. Key responsibilities include audience research, campaign strategy, creative development, design direction, campaign delivery, monitoring and evaluation. The agency should demonstrate expertise in the housing, public and charitable sectors and ability to engage diverse stakeholders. Campaign examples include customer communications, recruitment, organisational change, internal engagement and behavioural change initiatives. For printed campaigns, the agency will provide print-ready artwork and specifications, and may support the Lot 2 supplier to ensure brand consistency. Lot 2: Design, Artwork and Promotional Print Services whg requires a supplier to provide design, artwork and print services supporting the in-house Communications team. The supplier will create high-quality visual assets and digital and printed materials for corporate, internal and external communications. Services include graphic design and infographics, brand application, document and publication design, digital and social media assets, promotional print production and merchandise, print management and fulfilment, and event materials. The supplier must work to approved specifications and collaborate with the Lot 1 agency when required to ensure quality and brand consistency. Both suppliers must demonstrate flexibility, capacity and capability to work seamlessly together and with whg's in-house team when projects span both lots.
