Supply and Installation of Accessible 8-Seater Vehicle for Ard Chúram Day Care Centre

Ard Chúram Day Care Centre is seeking tenders for the supply, conversion, and delivery of one new accessible 8-seater vehicle to transport older persons and individuals with mobility challenges. The vehicle must be a new, right-hand drive model not exceeding 3,500kg Maximum Authorised Mass, operable with a standard Irish Category B driving licence, and fully compliant with Irish Road Traffic Regulations and Euro 6 emissions standards. Key requirements include wheelchair-accessible entry with powered or manual ramp, flexible seating for up to 8 persons including the driver, electronic stability control, anti-lock braking, reversing camera, parking sensors, airbags, air conditioning, Bluetooth connectivity, and a manufacturer warranty of at least three years. The vehicle must be registered and delivered to Listowel with full handover training, manuals, warranty documentation, and certification. Tenderers must provide company profiles, detailed vehicle specifications, accessibility conversion details, warranty and after-sales support information, proposed delivery timeframes, pricing (excluding and including VAT), servicing arrangements, and references from at least two similar projects completed in the previous three years. The contracting authority reserves the right to select the most suitable offer based on compliance with requirements and value rather than the lowest price.
