Corporate and Operational Uniform Supply and Management Service

Transport for Wales (TfW) is seeking a supplier to provide comprehensive uniform services for its entire workforce. The service will include supplying and manufacturing branded uniform garments for both operational and non-operational staff, as well as managing inventory, storage, and distribution across the organization. The supplier may also need to provide specialized items such as maternity wear and operate an online platform allowing employees and administrators to order and manage uniforms. TfW is currently conducting market engagement to understand available options for delivery models, stock holding arrangements, technological capabilities, and commercial terms in the uniform supply sector. This information will help shape the final procurement strategy and service requirements. The service does not cover personal protective equipment (PPE), thermal clothing, or seasonal accessories such as hats, scarves, and gloves.
