Hunter Street Refurbishment - Design and Delivery Services (RIBA Stages 4-7)

This consultancy opportunity involves providing professional design and delivery services for the Hunter Street Refurbishment project through RIBA Stages 4-7 (Technical Design, Manufacturing and Construction, and Handover and Close Out). The successful consultant will be responsible for developing detailed technical designs, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, managing construction documentation, and overseeing the project through to completion and handover. This role requires expertise in architectural design, project management, stakeholder coordination, and construction administration to ensure the refurbishment is delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
