Civil Parking Enforcement Technology Services Contract Extension

Birmingham City Council has modified its civil parking enforcement services contract (reference P129_2023) awarded under Framework RM6099 Lot 7. The modification extends the contract by 12 months to 31 January 2027 and updates pricing for Year 3 (2026-2027). The services include civil enforcement of penalty charge notices, vehicle removals, and Traffic Regulation Order support. The contract extension allows the Council time to conduct a new procurement exercise. The contract value increases from £9,191,469 (as of 31 January 2026) by an estimated £6,500,000, bringing the new total contract value not to exceed £15,691,469 (all figures exclude VAT). Suppliers should note that updated call-off charges and pricing details are provided in Appendix 1, replacing previous pricing schedules.
