Refurbishment Services Contract for Educational Estate

The Sheffield College is seeking a qualified contractor to deliver planned and reactive refurbishment works across its multiple campuses under a JCT Measured Term Contract (2024). Works will be instructed on a call-off basis through task orders and include classroom refurbishment, building fabric repairs, internal finishes, minor adaptations, and electrical works across offices, IT suites, and support areas. The contractor must operate safely and efficiently within a live educational environment while minimizing disruption to students, staff, and College operations. This 12-month contract (with optional 12-month extension) will be awarded based on the Most Advantageous Tender considering quality, social value, and price under the Procurement Act 2023.
