The venue must provide day delegate catering, be fully accessible to international guests, support hybrid conference delivery, and meet sustainability requirements including single-use plastic elimination. Additionally, arrange accommodation or negotiate preferential hotel rates for approximately 100 attendees, with transparent pricing, availability, accessibility information, booking terms, and convenient proximity to the venue. Lot 2: Event Management & Technical Services - Deliver comprehensive end-to-end event management and technical support for ANH Academy Week 2027. Responsibilities include coordinating local suppliers, managing registration and helpdesk services, producing event materials, capturing photography and videography, organizing travel and logistics, liaising with committees, and managing on-site operations. Provide professional audio-visual and hybrid delivery capabilities including display systems, sound equipment, Zoom integration, online speaker support, session recording, video editing, secure file transfer, and connectivity support. Conduct full technical simulation before the event. Suppliers must demonstrate experience managing complex national or international conferences and ability to collaborate effectively with LSHTM, ANH Academy, Stellenbosch University, the venue, and local partners.
