    The Open University is seeking Technology Partner(s) to deliver technical expertise across two separate contract lots: Lot 1 (Run and Maintain) focuses on ensuring stability, security, and continuous improvement of IT infrastructure and applications; Lot 2 (Moodle Specialist) provides specialized support for the Virtual Learning Environment and Open Learn platforms. The OU will award one contract per lot, potentially to one or more suppliers, with separate contracts issued if both lots go to the same supplier. Each lot offers an initial 5-year term with optional extension for an additional 5 years (total potential 10 years). Maximum contract values are capped at £50 million for Lot 1 and £5 million for Lot 2 during the initial term, with extension options capped at the same values. Total potential contract value across all options is £100 million for Lot 1 and £10 million for Lot 2, with no minimum commitment required.
