Gas Servicing and Maintenance for Residential Properties

This is a one-year contract opportunity for the provision of gas servicing, maintenance, and repair services for residential properties owned and managed by the Authority. The contractor will be responsible for routine maintenance, safety inspections, fault diagnosis, and emergency repairs to ensure all gas installations remain compliant with relevant safety standards and regulations. Suppliers should be qualified gas engineers or organizations with appropriate certifications and experience in managing gas services for multiple residential units.
