Change Management Support Services - 6 Month Programme

This opportunity is to provide change management support services for a 6-month extension to the NRS Change Capability Programme. The work supports the transition from planning to active implementation across the National Records of Scotland's transformation projects. Key deliverables include: developing operational work packages, creating project-specific change management plans, conducting stakeholder and impact assessments, implementing change interventions tailored to each project, providing coaching to project teams and change champions, measuring organizational readiness and benefits realization, and delivering regular programme reports with RAG status updates and maturity assessments. This role is essential for ensuring successful adoption of change management practices across priority transformation initiatives within the NRS portfolio.
