Traffic Control Equipment Services Contract

Rhondda Cynon Taf County Borough Council is coordinating a joint procurement on behalf of three Welsh councils: Rhondda Cynon Taf, Bridgend, and Merthyr Tydfil. This contract seeks a single provider to deliver maintenance, inspection, and repair services for traffic control assets across all three authorities. Services include: maintaining and repairing traffic signal intersections (including Wig-Wag signals), pedestrian crossings (Pelican, Puffin, and Toucan), communications equipment for traffic systems, minor civil works, and supplying/installing traffic control equipment upgrades. The successful provider must supply all labour, plant, equipment, materials, tools, and spare components required for these services across all site types, based on each council's asset inventory.
