    Brief

The London Fire Brigade is seeking an independent third-party provider to operate an external reporting line for staff to report misconduct concerns including discrimination, bullying, and harassment. The external service will handle complaints involving: allegations against Professional Standards Unit (PSU) staff, Directors, and Senior Leadership team members; cases with perceived conflicts of interest; and complex or sensitive cases involving multiple complainants, respondents, or witnesses that exceed PSU capacity. The PSU will continue to manage standard misconduct complaints as part of normal operations. This service provides an alternative reporting channel to ensure impartial handling of high-risk or complex cases.
