Print Management Services Contract

Onward Group Limited seeks a Print Management Services provider to deliver comprehensive print and document solutions from April 2027. The contract covers total print management and production, mailing and distribution, digital communication solutions, document composition and quality assurance, document scanning and management, secure data storage and transfer, training and support, and continuous service improvement. The successful supplier must accept and process files through secure channels, maintain robust quality assurance checks, provide a self-service portal for job tracking and reporting, and support both digital and paper-based communication options. Key objectives include improving productivity and operational control, increasing digital capabilities, achieving value for money, strengthening data security and compliance, reducing environmental impact, and optimizing print volumes as the organization grows. The initial contract period is 3 years with potential extensions of up to 2 additional years (maximum 5 years total). The estimated budget is £550,000 per annum. Onward expects print costs to decrease over the contract period while print volumes increase. Clarity Procurement Solutions Limited is administering this procurement.
