Recruitment Agencies - Preferred Supplier List Framework

Aspire is establishing a Preferred Supplier List (PSL) for recruitment services and inviting applications from multi-sector recruitment agencies. We will appoint up to 5 suppliers to this framework for an initial 6-year period, with opportunities for new competition at years 2 and 4. While there is no guaranteed volume of work, Aspire intends to channel all recruitment not filled through direct channels via the PSL. Our recruitment approach prioritizes direct advertising on our recruitment website first, followed by social media campaigns. The PSL serves as our third option for sourcing candidates. We occasionally use dual approaches (internal and PSL simultaneously) and in exceptional cases may work directly with a single agency without public advertisement. We seek experienced multi-sector agencies capable of recruiting across diverse roles including operatives, finance, administration, surveyors, income management, HR, and development positions.
