Internal Audit Services

BHC is seeking a qualified professional services provider to deliver comprehensive internal audit services. The successful provider must hold an appropriate industry qualification for statutory audit and be registered with a Consultative Committee of Accountancy Bodies (CCAB) member organization. Key responsibilities include: developing and maintaining an Internal Audit Strategy and periodic Audit Plan for Audit and Risk Committee approval; conducting internal audit work and submitting reports to the Committee; attending at least three Audit and Risk Committee meetings annually and at least two Leadership Team Risk meetings per year; meeting with the Committee Chair as needed; providing regular progress updates to the nominated BHC contact; advising on best practices in internal controls, risk management and governance; reviewing the BHC Corporate Risk Register and commenting on internal controls and corporate governance; liaising with external auditors as required; and delivering any related incidental services. This is a strategic advisory role requiring deep expertise in audit, risk management, and governance frameworks.
