Safety and Weatherproofing Works for Whitchurch Chapel

The Trust, in partnership with Cardiff Council, is seeking to engage a previously awarded contractor to undertake temporary safety and weatherproofing works on the historic Whitchurch Chapel building. These works aim to slow the building's deterioration through preventative measures only, with no improvements or replacements included. The project includes the management and handling of asbestos materials identified within the building. This is a continuation of work originally awarded under mini-competition reference VEL-MIN-61706, and the contract will be established with the same contractor to ensure project continuity and compliance with asbestos regulations.
