Debt Advice Partnership Programme Tender

Fermanagh and Omagh District Council is seeking tenders to deliver an Integrated Debt Advice Programme from July 2026 through March 31, 2027 (9 months). The successful provider(s) will deliver free, independent debt advice services to residents. Key requirements: (1) A collaborative partnership of at least two organisations must be formed; (2) At least one partner organisation must be Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulated and provide free, independent debt advice; (3) Additional partner organisations must be clearly identified and their roles defined; (4) A single organisation or consortium may lead the project, provided the partnership structure is clearly evidenced. The proposal should explicitly identify which organisation(s) will deliver FCA-regulated debt advice and detail how each partner will contribute to the programme's delivery and impact.
