Adult Residential and Nursing Care Services - Multi-Provider Framework Agreement

Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking multiple care providers to join a framework agreement for delivering residential and nursing care services to adults with diverse support needs, including learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, physical disabilities, brain injuries, and sensory impairments. Services covered include standard placements, short breaks, emergency placements, forensic provision, and specialist care arrangements. The framework can also support young people aged 16-17 and, exceptionally, adults aged 65+ where alternative provision is unavailable. Most placements will be within Nottinghamshire's seven districts, though out-of-area placements may be commissioned where necessary. The framework will run for an initial 6-year term with options to extend for two further 24-month periods (maximum 10 years total). Please note that Local Government Reorganisation may require framework contracts to be transferred to successor authorities during the contract term. Appointment to the framework does not guarantee any minimum volume of placements. The Council reserves the right to open the framework to additional providers at future dates.
