Bilingual Communications Service for Food Cardiff Campaign

Food Sense Wales is seeking a supplier to deliver comprehensive bilingual communications services for Food Cardiff from November 2026 to November 2029. This three-year contract covers campaign planning, content creation, media engagement, and stakeholder coordination to promote the Cardiff Good Food Strategy and Five Good Food Goals. The supplier must deliver all outputs in English and Welsh, meeting Welsh Language Standards, NHS Wales requirements, and the Well-being of Future Generations (Wales) Act 2015. Key responsibilities include developing and executing integrated communications campaigns, creating bilingual marketing materials, managing media relations, coordinating with city-wide stakeholders, and supporting the growth of an inclusive, community-driven Good Food Movement across Cardiff.
