Project and Volunteer Coordinator

We are seeking a Project and Volunteer Coordinator to lead the Aspirations Day Program and Charity Shop operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a volunteer team to support vulnerable service users. Key responsibilities include developing volunteer recruitment strategies, providing comprehensive training and ongoing support to volunteers, and building a sustainable volunteer program that strengthens service delivery. This role is critical to expanding our volunteer base and ensuring the organization can effectively serve its vulnerable populations through a well-coordinated and supported team.
